Do you really want me to explain how IROPS in one city impact IROPS in another city?

Do you really want me to explain how I'm well aware of the impact of IRROPS throughout the network, having been on 8 segment itineraries for a single day?

FOTSG flyer here.

Please explain, oh wise one.

Please make it a three thousand word thesis, like some posters here like to hear themselves type.

That's about 12 pages. Not much of a thesis.

Well, you see, planes fly between cities, but they do so more than people. In fact, this might surprise you, but the plane you book a ticket on isn't waiting there for you all day to get on and take you to your city. In fact, that same plane might do 6 trips in a day! So just because you are going YVR - YYC doesn't mean that the delays in YYZ won't impact you.

What do you mean delayed due to weather? It's literally sunny here in MIA.

Lol I feel like if people are doing EYW 2017 (should it happen) that this conversation should not need to be had!

Fun fact! 4 times in one year I did YQF - YYC - YUL - YVR in a day and the same fin that took me from YYC - YUL took me YUL - YVR which worked out great because it was delayed lol.

Did you get the same crew too?

I think that would be awesome, to have the same FA/Pilot/Aircraft for a 4 leg EYW trip.

Probably a good catalyst for some layover funness.

With some EYW style flights I have had the same crew before (shorter flights) but on the YYC - YUL - YVR it was different crews.

That's good enough for a master's degree at an online university, isn't it?
