Favourite BA meal
Lots about menus and catering but what’s your favourite BA meal?
Mine are F soups which always seem to be done well and sausage, mash and gravy in J. I also remember an excellent pie in F spoilt by the attachedfillet steak tough grey thing.

Yup; never had a bad one. Always hope one is on the menu in CE.
Maybe a tie with when… I think 10 years ago, when they put the A380 on to LAX for the first time. And there was a trial of WTP getting the CW catering on those flights and I think one other route.
I just remember having three beef fillets in WTP and then entering a food (and wine) coma.

Onboard, the ruby curry is really excellent, and I agree that BA curries from Y onwards are always very tasty. Even the veggie ones, indeed especially some of the recent ones. You have to get past the descriptions, but if you do they're excellent.
Lounge food would have to be the bisque, crabcakes, and scallops from the CCR or F dining. While BA can't really compete with proper restaurant food, they have their moments, all too soon removed from the menu.

I'm not a foodie so don't recall any favourite airline meal even in F no matter the airline. Sharing the box of chocolates with my missus in the buddy seat was very memorable for both of us though.

Most memorable meal for me in the last year was Christmas Day dinner in F on the way back from Washington. The food wasn’t amazing but the location was hard to beat
Agree with others, the curries in flight rarely fail to please and the Muslim and Hindu specials can often have a good kick to them.

For me the Glamorgan Vegetarian Sausage. Never had it before, but after being really blown away by the flavour, did some research and it’s a traditional Welsh dish. I can’t comment on a comparison to having it homemade but what was served here in CE was delicious!
