Called Platinum Concierge who told me there were only 3 suites for Platinum upgrades so wanted to book one paying cash. The best rate they could give me was about 16,000THB. On spg.com ... Read Full Review

Mid-stay here now. 1- Internet is very fast and no issues connecting/dropping. Speeds at peak hours are 40 Mbps down and up to 60 Mbps down during non-peak. Only 2 Mbps up though... ... Read Full Review
