Check In

Fast, efficient, polite and professional.

Room

Basic room. Bathroom a bit tired with a need to climb into a bathtub to take a shower with no grip or safety bars. Toilet tank ball assembly was worn out as the toilet kept running. Towels were sort of threadbare. Clean room. Multiple electrical outlet options capable of providing North American support. Proper sized room safe. Relatively clean. Quiet. Although facing tarmac, airport noise was minimal. 

Service

Excellent. Helpful. Well trained. Genuinely nice personnel.

Dining

Had breakfast only. Decent varied selection.  Much better than the typical Novotel hotels. Excellent coffee machines. 

Location

10 minute shuttle drive to the airport. In the middle of a nowhere, but I expect this was because of the land  availability issue. 

Overall

This was an overnight transit stop for me. I was there during a period when it was not busy and the hotel willingly gave me a late check out. For that, I am appreciative. The hotel isn't fancy, but they make up for it with good staff. It isn't best airport transit hotel, but it is tops for TPE. good fitness  centre, and excellent Wifi. Under similar circumstances, I would certainly stay again, with one of the reasons being the very good desk staff. I had a simple question to ask and I was quickly and politely dealt with.
